Observation

There were some phone charger cords hanging down the back of the couch in the children's area. There was an unsupervised unused refrigerator accessibe to the children from the outdoor play area. Outlets in the "cubbie" room do not appear to be Tamper resistant. Outlets next to the bathroom and kitchen sinks do not appear to be Tamper resistant AND GFCI both. Electric toothbrush base plugged in next to the sink in the children's bathroom.
